Which breast lift technique?

Who is a candidate?
Adults with stable weight for 6–12 months, realistic expectations, no untreated breast disease and, ideally, completed family planning (pregnancy can change results). After bariatric surgery, nutrition levels should be corrected before any body contouring.
Procedure, hospital stay and recovery
Surgery takes 2–3 hours under general anaesthesia with a 1-night hospital stay. A support bra is worn for about 6 weeks. Most patients return to desk work in 1–2 weeks and to sport after 6 weeks. Scars fade over 12–18 months.
