Short answer: A mommy makeover combines a tummy tuck with breast surgery (lift, augmentation or reduction) and often liposuction to address the changes of pregnancy and breastfeeding. What is included?

Who is a candidate?
Women who have finished breastfeeding for at least 6 months, are at a stable weight, do not plan further pregnancies and are in good general health. Smokers are asked to stop at least 4 weeks before surgery.
One session or two?
Whether all procedures are done in one session depends on total operating time and your health. The surgeon decides; when needed, we plan two trips a few months apart.
Recovery
1–2 nights in hospital, compression garments for 6 weeks, desk work after about 2 weeks, sport after 6 weeks. Final results settle over 6–12 months.
